General Conditions of Sale
The General Conditions of Sale are valid for all contracts and follow-up contracts, deliveries and other business transactions including consultancy services unless they are agreed on differently with the explicit consent of the seller. Verbal agreements need to be confirmed in a written way by the supplier to become binding.

General conditions of sale of the buyer will not be binding, even if the seller rejects the conditions explicitly once more.
